Basketball Team 5-0
The Downs boy's basketball team is undefeated. They are currently 5-0 as they have beat all the schools and they plan on keeping it that way. Their coach Mr. James is a really good coach and gets us good stuff for our success so far. The captains Conrad and Phillip are doing a good job on leading the team. We have three more games left in the season then playoffs. The Downs Diamondbacks are eyeing the championship and the way they're playing, they will win it.

Band Announcement
A lot of people at Downs are joining band. Not all people that try will make it. There is a wide range of instruments. The concert is Feb. 3, 2010 in the cafeteria. Our band will play! Don't miss it.By Alton and Escar
